When I am not with clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, extended family and friends, reading, and most all sports. I’m also an avid animal and music lover and foodie.
About Megan
Megan is the owner and founder of The Counseling Corner, LLC.
Through my own personal journey, I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of therapy in navigating attention issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. This experience ignited a deep passion within me to help others on their own path towards mental wellness. I understand the unique challenges and pain that can come with these types of struggles, and I am committed to using my knowledge and skills to guide and empower you throughout your own journey. It is my goal to create a relationship where you feel truly heard, validated, and supported. Together, we can work towards overcoming obstacles, developing strategies, and finding inner strength to help you improve your approach to life’s challenges. Remember, you are not alone in this journey, and I am here to accompany you every step of the way.
I grew up here in Jackson before moving to Starkville where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in educational psychology in 2010 from Mississippi State University.
